You may print them out and study them before coming online to take the actual test. You must receive at least a 75 on each test to pass this course. You will have the option to retake the test.

Q: Does the paperback printed book come with the enrollment fee for the course?
A: Yes, if you have not already purchased the book "COMPLETE GUIDE TO NATURAL HEALTH AND HOMEMADE DIET FOR DOGS" after to purchasing course, a book will be shipped to you when you select from the menu ORDER BOOK option. As soon as we receive your payment, the book will be ordered and shipped direct to you. It takes about 2 weeks to receive it (End of year holidays up to 3 weeks) and other orders in front of yours.
Q: Where do I take the tests? And how many questions are on each test?
A: Once you purchase the course, I will mail a book out to you if you don't already own a book. After 24 hours (buyer's remorse period), I will add you to my member login so you can go to the website and create a password. You will be emailed a link to a page where all the tests are located. (An email to sign up will come from [email protected]). Click on it to set up your new password. The LOGIN button is at the very bottom of the menu list on the "Holistic And Organix Pet Shoppe" website. From a cell phone, it may say MY ACCOUNT. You will then find all of the tests, codes and PDFs to print out if you like. There is a test for each Chapter. You can download each test PDF file and find your answers as you go. Once ready you can come back to the website and login, click on the red button of that Chapter you are ready to take and enter code. 
Q: How many pages are in the book and how long does it take normally to complete the course?
A: The book contains 569 pages. If you are a fast reader or are committed to a couple of weekends, I feel certain it can be completed but no worries, you have one-year from the day you signed up to complete course. If you need longer, just shoot me an email. Not a problem.
Q: Where do I Purchase the course?
A: You will see boxes with options to purchase on this page. It will take you to the online store for check out.
Q: What grade do I need to pass the course?
A: You will need a 75 grade or above on each test to pass the course.
Q: What if I fail a test?
A: You have a chance to retake the test. If for some reason you do fail the test several times, please contact me for further help. It is an open book test so hopefully you won't have a problem finding the answers but if you do, we can go over it.
Q: Why are there 35 questions on the test for Chapter 3?
A: Chapter 3 is a very important chapter when it comes to feeding a homemade diet and I felt it was crucial that you know how to go forward feeding a balanced diet to your dog.
Q: What happens when I complete the course?
A: Once you complete the course and have passed with 75 or higher on each test, your certificate will be mailed to you with your name printed on it. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your Certificate of Completion.
Q: Is the course refundable?
A: You have 24 hours for "buyer's remorse" but once 24 hours has expired and you have received the login request, the course is non-refundable.
